About pabx.in
PABX dot in is a blog about telephone exchanges, big or small.
I am mainly an IVR consultant , and have been integrating various CTI boards with many EPABX ( Also known as PBX, PABX, switches, telephone exchange). I also work as technical consultant for Benzfab Technologies (Private) Limited who deals with PBX machines and other telecom turnkey projects. I also advise them with interfacing issues with various exchanges while installing their PBX machines.
With advancing years, I have been increasingly frustrated at various problems faced while integrating CTI boards with PBX, or with one PBX to another PBX through ISDN PRI, R2MF, SS7 etc. Searching internet as well supports from PBX manufacturer were not always helpful. So, I thought I would start this PABX blog for documenting tips and tips I learned over the years about PBX systems, PBX trends, PBX integration with CTI applications as well as other PBX systems as well as interesting usage of it.
Recently, I have started liking the idea of Asterisk. So, I am learning Asterisk and thinking how it can be really useful to many users, both individual and corporates. That is also another reason why I have started this blog.

Hi Uttam,
My name is Sandeep and I work in the marketing department of Packt Publishing.
I came across your weblog through Google search and therefore I wish to inform you that we have just published a book titled The 3CX IP PBX Tutorial by Mathew Landis and Robert Lloyd, that helps you to develop a fully functional, low cost, professional IP PBX phone system using 3CX.
I am currently in the process of searching for particular experts on VoIP and 3CX who could review this book. A review (which is expected maximum within 30 days after receiving the book) is simply few lines about your thoughts, comments and what you achieved from the book, and it has to be posted on your weblog with a link pointing back to our book page.
You could also go through the sample chapter titled Trunks—Connecting to the Outside World to know more about the book here: http://www.packtpub.com/files/8969-3CX-IP-PBX-trunks-connecting-to-the-outside-World.pdf
Are you prepared to work with me on this? If interested then let me know and I’d be delighted to send over the PDF version to you.
Looking forward to your email.
Hi Sandeep,
Thank you for writing.
Yes, I would like to read the book and review it. Though, I must admit, I am not expert on 3CX!
Regards
Uttam Pegu

I was also wondering if you would be interested in reviewing the book on Amazon.com?
Looking forward to your email
